Donna Sardone
Donna is a graduate of the Finger Lakes School of Massage, and has been in practice since 2015. She enjoys offering massage treatments that are focused on stress relief, relaxation, and calming the nervous system. She has found throughout her years of practice (and living) that relieving chronic stress significantly helps with chronic pain. She always aims to meet clients wherever they are at in their journeys, whether they have specific goals in mind or are just curious about bodywork. Donna's style of massage tends to combine flowing Swedish with slow and mindful myofascial release/connective tissue therapy, as well as trigger point work when necessary. She is also drawn to energy work (Reiki), and incorporating Reflexology into her treatments. Other interests of Donna's include hospice volunteer work, gardening, yoga, hiking, and running, as well as spending time with her loved ones and animals.
